Alrightly, operated by Alrightly, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How refunds are handled

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.

How to request a refund

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase.
2. Request a refund directly through the Paddle interface, or contact Paddle support from that page.
3. Alternatively, message us via our contact form and we'll help coordinate with Paddle.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period, and future renewals stop.
