Who can be a trusted contact?

Anyone you invite — family, a neighbor, a friend. They must accept your invitation by email before they can receive alerts, and you can remove them at any time.

Does Alrightly track my location?

No. Alrightly does not collect GPS or location data, and there are no cameras or microphones involved. Your contacts are only alerted and asked to contact you when you miss a check-in. Your privacy is preserved -- no location data is shared.

Is Alrightly an emergency service?

No. Alrightly is not a medical device, fall detector, or replacement for emergency services. Email, push, and text delivery can be delayed by providers or networks, so please keep your own safety plan and call local emergency services in an emergency.
